但是想着想,芝士蛮贵的,要是失败了不是很重本?哈哈~ 唉!不对!要往好的方面想!人是从失败中学习的嘛~ 最重要是自己的兴趣。
今天,我踏出的第一步,从香草芝士蛋糕做起,慢慢的学习呗!
材料:
A
150 ml 鲜奶 150ml fresh milk
1 小匙云尼拉香精 1 teasppon vanilla essence
250g 奶油芝士 250g cream cheese
3粒蛋黄 3 egg yolks
B
3粒蛋白 3 egg whites
80g 幼糖 80g caster sugar
做法:
1. 将烤箱预热至200度。在一个7"圆型烤盘上铺上油纸。
Preheat oven to 200 degree celcius. Line a 7" round cake mold with grease proof paper.
2. 将奶油芝士加入蛋黄,搅拌至光滑,慢慢加入鲜奶还有云尼拉香精,混合均匀,备用。
Mix cream cheese and egg yolks until smooth by using a K-beater. Slowly mix in fresh milk and vanilla essence.
3. 在干净的搅拌缸中, 将蛋白和幼糖快速打至软性发泡,然后分3次加入芝士糊里充分搅拌。
In another clean mixing bowl, whisk egg whites and caster sugar at high speed until solf peak is formed. Mix into cream cheese mixture in 3 batches.
4. 将芝士糊倒入圆型模里,抹平表面。
Pour cream cheese mixture onto the lined cake mold and level the surface.
5. 送进已预热烤箱以200度蒸烤15分钟,至表面呈黄色,然后转150度继续蒸烤50分钟,或至熟。熄电,把门打开少许,让蛋糕在烤箱约1小时才取出。
Steam-bake the cheesecake in preheated oven at 200 degree celcius for 15 minutes or until the surface is slightly brown. Reduce the heat to 150 degree celcius and bake for another 50 minutes or until cooked. Turn off oven and let the cake cool in oven with door ajar for 1 hour.
6. 送进冰箱冷冻4小时,到扣出蛋糕,即可切开享用。
Chill cheesecake in the fridges for 4 hours. Remove cake from mold and cut into pieces and serve.

一个晚上,蛋糕就搞定了!我妈和我姐都吵着要试,所以就提早开餐了~哈哈
我爸,我妈,我姐,我哥,甚至我的DoDo,都爱吃。尤其是我那挑食的狗,口水一直流啊!笑死我了!
口感呢,非常棒!除了冰淇淋入口极化以外,没想到我的蛋糕也是呢!放入嘴里,它就融化了。虽然全是奶油芝士,但是不会腻哦!简单,方便,谁都可以尝试!
